Program name: AppVera / AttorneyDesk messaging

Description: AppVera LLC and its products (including AttorneyDesk and other client applications we build) may send you SMS or other messages for account-related purposes — such as login or verification codes, client portal invites, appointment or booking confirmations, and service notifications. These messages are sent only in connection with your use of our services or with your consent.

2. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to SMS, MMS, or other messages you send or receive in connection with our services. You are responsible for any charges from your carrier. Check your wireless plan for details.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency depends on how you use our services. You may receive:

• One-time or occasional messages (e.g. login codes, verification codes, or booking confirmations) when you request or trigger them.
• Service-related notifications (e.g. appointment reminders, client portal invites) as needed for the service you use.
